Living independently and having your own space is a goal we all have and should be an opportunity available to everyone regardless of disabilities. Group homes are not for everyone, and Pod Disability is a great option for those who wish to live more autonomously.

Our housing offers:

A perfect housing solution for participants who are able to be independent overnight
Regular supports for daily life activities such as showering, medication reminders, domestic assistance, attending appointments and/or community access
Assistance to clients with transition process into their own studio apartments

The type of housing that Pod Disability can provide is not dependent on having any special category in your NDIS plan such as SDA, SIL or ILO. This is a sub lease agreement and is paid for from a clients DSP. We can also offer STA and MTA.
