Our Unique Approach: As an intentionally small company we focus on providing our clients with the personalised support and attention they deserve rather than getting lost in the shuffle of a large corporation. We do this by limiting our client intake to 15 participants and carefully matching participants with workers suited to their needs and preferences. We prioritise creating strong relationships with our clients and valuing respect for staff and participants to foster long-term relationships.

The Gap We Seek to Bridge: We have observed a growing trend where participants seek independent support workers due to compromises in choice and control by support companies. We aim to bridge the gap by providing participants with the best of both worlds – the stability of a company and the flexibility of independent support workers. We believe every NDIS participant should have a say in who supports them and how they are assisted.

Tailored Support for Individual Goals: Our goal is to provide all participants with nothing less than the absolute best support tailored to needs and preferences. We do this by recognising the uniqueness of each participant, their diverse goals and dreams and by collaborating closely with participants, families, and stakeholders to tailor support to their specific needs. We striving to ensure that every participant feels heard and valued, rather than just a number.

Empowering Independent Living: We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to live in their own private space if they wish.
